从经济学角度分析我国城市雾霾天气的空间分布特征,并从能源结构、经济结构以及经济发展方式等角度分析雾霾天气形成的经济机制,并从提高经济增长质量、提高能源利用效率、优化产业结构、实施综合治理等方面提出我国城市雾霾天气治理的经济机制.

In recent years, the fog -haze phenomenon which has a long duration and wide scope of influence attack most areas of China. The serious fog - haze phenomenon has triggered a serious negative effect on the traffic of city, the economic production and residents ＇ daily life. The formation of the phenomenon is an envi- ronment problem. However, the deep problem is the economic growth pattern. Therefore, this paper makes an economics analysis of the urban distribution characteristics of the fog - haze phenomenon. From the energy structure, the economic structure and the economic growth pattern to analyze the causes of the formation of the fog - haze phenomenon, and put forward the mechanism of the fog - haze phenomenon governance.
