有关古埃及宗教仪式的研究向来以人类学仪式理论为基础,主要突出宗教仪式的宗教意义,对其世俗内涵的发掘不够.通过对古埃及新年节的考察可以发现,古埃及宗教仪式具有很强的世俗意义,尤其对王权统治的运作和延续具有重要意义,是以国王为首的统治阶级用于宣传王权观念或意识形态的一种手段,具有深刻的社会文化和经济根源.将仪式理论的基本观点与辩证唯物主义史学研究视角结合起来,可以更全面地理解古埃及宗教仪式和社会.

As researching the rituals in ancient Egypt, western scholars usually take the ritual theory in anthro- pology field as the basic theory, and emphas exploring the Festival of New Year in ancient E ings, especially played very important roles in the religious meanings of ancient Egyptian rituals. From the gypt, we found that these rituals represent some profane mean- the practice and maintaining of the kingship, and even can be regarded as a main way to propagandize the view of the kingship or ideology for the ruling class in ancient E- gypt. Of course, there were many profound reasons in society, culture and economy, which can be used to ex- plain the long - term existence of these rituals in ancient Egypt. Therefore, it is helpful for understanding com- prehensively and deeply the rituals and society in ancient Egypt to combine the fundamental view points of ritu- al theory and the view point of history based on the dialectical materialism.
