近年来，群体性事件频发，政府、媒体和普通民众常常将事件本身作为关注的焦点，忽视了对一类特殊群体——旁观者的研究。最初的非事件参与者受好奇本能的驱使成为旁观者，随后在一系列心理因素的作用下，其旁观行为发生恶性转化，由旁观向参与、甚至是向违法犯罪转化，这无疑会加剧群体性事件的破坏性。反而观之，正是由于旁观者并非群体性事件的初始参与者，组织性和依附性不强，与事件没有直接的利益联系，是极不稳定的偶合群体，决定了其在心理上具有可引导性，使得通过适当的疏导措施避免旁观行为的恶性转化成为可能。因此，探讨旁观行为恶性转化的心理机制，并在此基础上提出心理疏导与犯罪预防的对策，具有十分重要的理论意义与实践价值。

In recent years, group events happened frequently. Government, mass media and common people usually focus on the group events themselves, hut neglect the special group composed of bystanders. Initial non-participants driven by the instinct of curiosity become bystanders. Then with the functioning of a series of psychological factors, the behavior of bystanders may transform in a malignant way, from inaction to participation and delinquency, which doubtless exacerbates destructiveness of group events. On the other hand, the bystanders who are not initial participants lack not only strong sense of organization and dependency but also direct beneficial connection with the event. They form an unstable and casual group. It determines the bystanders are guidable on the psychological and the malignant transformation of bystanders＇ behavior can be avoided by appropriate dredging measures. Therefore, it is meaningful both in theory and practice to study on the psychological mechanism of malignant transformation of bystanders＇ behavior and put forward countermeasures on psychological dredging and crime prevention accordingly.
