国内外研究表明：阅读疗法对治疗抑郁症具有费用低、副作用小、疗效显著的优点。抗抑郁书方（书药处方）的研制是世界各国阅读疗法研究的重点。该文根据多年大学生抑郁症阅读疗法书方研究经验，以《生命的重建》为例，介绍了这本抗抑郁有效验方的研制过程及其适应症、作用、服用方法、注意事项等。分析了该书的药性及作用机制，提出了阅读疗法书方研制要遵循科学化、规范化的原则。

Both the domestic and foreign researches show that reading therapy as the treatment of de- pression has the advantages of low cost, minor side effects and distinct curative effects.
