近年来学术不端现象日益突出，学术造假行为引起学术界的关注。期刊加强了对学术不端论文的处理力度，及时撤销，以降低其影响力。该文依据现有定量研究成果，同时借鉴期刊影响因子的思想，构建了期刊撤销影响因子（RetractedImpactFactor，简称RIF），以此来评判期刊的负影响指数。通过统计2011年webofScience数据库中的撤销论文数据，分别计算了2011年18种期刊的撤销影响因子。最后，对期刊撤销影响因子与期刊影响因子之间的关系进行探析，寻找出二者间存在的定量关系，以期提高学术界和公众对撤销论文这一现象的关注。

Academic misconduct phenomenon is increasingly prominent in recent years, it has aroused more attention of academic community. Journals, with academic misconduct papers, gradually strengthen the processing of academic misconduct to retract it on time, in order to reduce its influence. In this paper, we constructed the Retracted Impact Factor （RIF） to judge journals by drawing with lessons from the idea of Journal Impact Factor and the existing quantitative research results. Then, we calculated 18 journals＇ Retracted Impact Factor, respectively, based on the data of retracted articles from Web of Science in 2011. Finally, we learned the relationship between Retracted Impact Factor and Journal Impact Factor, and found out the quantitative relationship between them. We are hoping to raise the awareness of academic communi- ty and public on the retracted article.
