创新扩散是推动区域经济生产率提高的重要源泉。区域协同创新是在创新要素的市场化流动基础上。以企业价值链网络为载体，实现区域创新要素共享，增强企业获取外部创新资源能力、进而提高区域创新能力的过程，是区域分工与合作的重要发展趋势。区域协同创新的形成，首要的推动力是创新主体的流动；其次是创新成果的市场交易与知识流动促成区域集体学习过程。创新要素空间分布“凸性”使协同创新伙伴选择具有地方化特征，进而区域协同创新过程中空间相互作用明显，是带动整体经济增长的重要机制。

The diffusion of innovation is an important somee to promote regional economic productivity. Regional cooperative inno- vation is an important development trend of regional labor division and cooperation, which is the process that based on the market flow of the innovational dements, taken the enterprise value chain network as the carrier, realized the sharing of regional innovation elements, en- the capacity of enterprise to obtain external innovation resources, and improve the ability of regional innovation. The primary driving force for the formation of regional cooperative innovation is tile flowing of innovation actors; the second is the market transaction of innova- tion achievements and the regional collective learning process driven by the flow of knowledge. The ＂convex＂ characteristic of the spatial distribution for innovation elements results in the local characteristics of the selection for cooperative innovation partner, and then the obvi- ously spatial interaction during the process of regional ccoperafiive innovation, which is an important mechanism for the growth of whole e- conomy.
