本文以美国与欧盟对中国光伏产品发起的“双反”调查等贸易纠纷为背景，对中国光伏产业政府补贴的出口效应进行研究。根据目前中国光伏产业政府补贴政策的现状和补贴政策所采取的主要形式，分析政府补贴与出口效应的关系。在一般均衡理论的基础和分析框架下，运用GTAP模型实证模拟中国光伏产业政府补贴的出口效应，从正效应与负效应两方面进行分析研究。分析得出完善中国光伏产业现有政府补贴政策的必要性，并根据研究结果提出促进中国光伏产业健康发展的政策建议。

2his paper takes the anti - dumping and counterrailing invest/gations and trade disputes on Ch/nese solar photovoka/c products which launched by United States and the European Union as a background, to study expert effects of China＇s photovoltaie industry government subsidies. According to the current status of China PV industry government subsidies policies and the main forms of those poli- cies, this paper analyzes the relationship between government subsidies and export effects. Based on general equilibrium theory, using GTAP model empirical simulates export effects of China PV industry government subsidies from positive and negative two aspects for analysis research. From the analysis of the necessity to improve the existing government subsidy policies, the research results presented policy rec- ommendations to promote the healthy development of China＇s PV industry.
