推进当代中国公民道德建设工程不仅需要一种原子式的道德理性,更需要一种实体意义上的精神建构.这样的精神建构需要在形而上的视野中审视当代中国公民道德建设的三种哲学话语：一是从历史哲学的视角理解社会主义核心价值体系理论生成的内在动因,剖析公民道德建设背后价值体系的历史根基;二是从精神哲学的视角剖析当代多元伦理共同体背后的伦理秩序与伦理精神,明晰公民道德建设的价值纷争;三是从实践哲学视角提出类伦理作为公民道德建设价值认同平台和幸福作为公民道德建设体认的具体实践路向.

It needs not only an atomistic moral idea, but also a spirit construction in entity to promote contemporary Chinese civic morality. The spirit constructing needs to examine the construc- tion of three contemporary philosophical discourse of civic morality in China in the metaphysical vi- sion： First, understanding the intrinsic motivation of the theory of socialist core value system from the perspective of the history of philosophy to analyze the historical foundations behind civic morali- ty; Second, analyzing the ethical order and spirit in the contemporary pluralistic ethical community from the perspective of spiritual philosophy to clear the value of civic morality disputes; Third, pro- posing human ethics as a platform for recognition of the value of civic morality and happiness as the concrete practice of recognizing the way forward to citizens moral construction from the perspective of practical philosophy .
