笔者运用信息管理领域的文献分析法,在查阅大量文献、引述国内外学者观点与研究结论的基础上,发现无论是宏观:社会文化、中观:组织与家庭、微观:个体层面,还是上面几种要素的交互作用,都是影响女性高层次人才职业成功的关键因素.政府要从完善社会建制、组织方面加强心理契约管理,而女性自身应该从提升人力资本价值、扩展社会网络资源等方面共同努力,加快女性高层次人才的成长,促进社会的和谐与繁荣发展.
筆者運用信息管理領域的文獻分析法,在查閱大量文獻、引述國內外學者觀點與研究結論的基礎上,髮現無論是宏觀:社會文化、中觀:組織與傢庭、微觀:箇體層麵,還是上麵幾種要素的交互作用,都是影響女性高層次人纔職業成功的關鍵因素.政府要從完善社會建製、組織方麵加彊心理契約管理,而女性自身應該從提升人力資本價值、擴展社會網絡資源等方麵共同努力,加快女性高層次人纔的成長,促進社會的和諧與繁榮髮展.
필자운용신식관리영역적문헌분석법,재사열대량문헌、인술국내외학자관점여연구결론적기출상,발현무론시굉관:사회문화、중관:조직여가정、미관:개체층면,환시상면궤충요소적교호작용,도시영향녀성고층차인재직업성공적관건인소.정부요종완선사회건제、조직방면가강심리계약관리,이녀성자신응해종제승인력자본개치、확전사회망락자원등방면공동노력,가쾌녀성고층차인재적성장,촉진사회적화해여번영발전.
By using the literature analysis belonging to the field of information management, and on the basis of consulting a large num- ber of literatures and quoting the viewpoint and research conclusion from the domestic and foreign scholars, this paper finds out that whether the macro aspect -- social culture, the middle aspect -- organizations and families, the micro aspect -- individual, or the in- teraction effect among the various elements, all of the above are the key factors which affect the career success of high-level female tal- ents. So we should make concerted efforts from such aspects as the government improving social construction, the organization strength- ening the management of psychological contract, the female themselves enhancing the value of human capital and expanding the re- sources of social network and so on. We hope these can help to accelerate the cultivation of high-level female talents and promote the society to develop harmoniously and prosperously.
