为收集、整理、保护地方文献,突出文化的地方特色,在“中华古籍保护计划”和“民国时期文献保护计划”如火如荼进行之际,应该制订好“地方文献保护计划”,从文献普查、收集、建库、整理出版、宣传等方面制定保护方案,形成从中央到地方再到基层的纵向管理模式,进而全面推进整个中华民族文化典籍的保护工作.
為收集、整理、保護地方文獻,突齣文化的地方特色,在“中華古籍保護計劃”和“民國時期文獻保護計劃”如火如荼進行之際,應該製訂好“地方文獻保護計劃”,從文獻普查、收集、建庫、整理齣版、宣傳等方麵製定保護方案,形成從中央到地方再到基層的縱嚮管理模式,進而全麵推進整箇中華民族文化典籍的保護工作.
위수집、정리、보호지방문헌,돌출문화적지방특색,재“중화고적보호계화”화“민국시기문헌보호계화”여화여도진행지제,응해제정호“지방문헌보호계화”,종문헌보사、수집、건고、정리출판、선전등방면제정보호방안,형성종중앙도지방재도기층적종향관리모식,진이전면추진정개중화민족문화전적적보호공작.
For the colleciion, coilation, protection of local literature, highlight the cultural characteristics of the local, is like a raging fire in ＂Chinese ancient books protection plan＂ and ＂the period of the Republic of China literature protection plan, proposed the ＂local literature protection plan＂, formulated from the literature survey, collect protection scheme, database, publications, publicity and other aspects, formed from the central to local to the vertical management model base, the protection work and promote the whole Chinese cultural classics.
