大学毕业生适应工作岗位需要的时间较长反映了大学人才培养体系存在问题.主要是原有的人才培养体系过度注重知识的完整性、老师的讲授和知识的考核,轻视学生能力培养,致其毕业后实际动手能力缺乏,需再培养才能适应工作的需要.因此,需要探寻既适合专业发展又满足人的发展的以能力培养为核心的培养模式.这需要转变既有的人才培养的理念,确定将提升自我管理能力、计划组织能力、学习能力、交流能力、解决问题的能力、首创和创业能力、团队协作能力和高科技产品使用能力等作为核心要求,并在此基础上设计相应授课和实践实训计划,构建适应时代要求的人才培养体系.
大學畢業生適應工作崗位需要的時間較長反映瞭大學人纔培養體繫存在問題.主要是原有的人纔培養體繫過度註重知識的完整性、老師的講授和知識的攷覈,輕視學生能力培養,緻其畢業後實際動手能力缺乏,需再培養纔能適應工作的需要.因此,需要探尋既適閤專業髮展又滿足人的髮展的以能力培養為覈心的培養模式.這需要轉變既有的人纔培養的理唸,確定將提升自我管理能力、計劃組織能力、學習能力、交流能力、解決問題的能力、首創和創業能力、糰隊協作能力和高科技產品使用能力等作為覈心要求,併在此基礎上設計相應授課和實踐實訓計劃,構建適應時代要求的人纔培養體繫.

The long time that the graduates adapt to jobs shows that there are b~g prot~lems m melr training system. These problems are mainly because of the old training system which integrity excessive focus on knowledge; the teacher's teaching and knowledge test, and contempt student ability trailing which caused the graduation lack of practieal ability. So, they need further training to adapt to the needs of their work. Therefore, the training system which takes the capacity-building as the core should be found both for professional development and human development. This requires changes the old personnel training concept, and takes the self-management skills, planning and organizational skills, learning ability, communication skills, problem- solving skills, initiative and entrepreneurial skills, teamwork skills and the using high-tech products skills as the core. And based on this, try to design appropriate lessons and practice training plan, then, the training system that adapting to the requirements of the society is built.
