在回顾和评析所有制理论之争以及考察所有制实践结果的基础上，指出所有制只是影响效率和公平的一个因素，效率和公平问题的解决必须依赖于不同制度的配合。所有制不过是围绕一定社会秩序观所做出的制度安排，担负不了许多人为加于其上的功能，因此，必须为所有制减负，从制度之间的配合出发，从市场经济的特点和中国国情出发，来思考解决效率和公平问题的路径。

On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the debate of ownership theory and inspecting the practice of owner- ship, the article points out that ownership is just one factor affecting efficiency and equity and the solution to the problem of efficiency and equity depends on the coordination of different systems. Ownership is only institutional arrangements based on the concept of social order and can＇ t have too many functions. Therefore, it＇ s necessary to reduce the burden on ownership from the coordination of systems, the characteristics of market economy and China＇ s basic conditions to re- flect on the way to solve the problem of efficiency and equity.
