当前，大学生以非全日制就业的形式兼职劳动的现象非常普遍，因此引发的劳资纠纷，大学生维权难的案例也层出不穷。如何在保障大学生受教育权的同时，保护好他们的劳动者权益，构建我国大学生非全日制就业的法律保障机制是当前值得讨论的话题。
