司法鉴定是服务于司法裁判的科技实证活动，是司法活动的重要组成部分；司法鉴定意见作为法定证据之一，对案件的裁决具有重要乃至决定性影响。与此同时由于我国正面临着以公正效率为核心的司法制度改革，故必将对司法鉴定工作提出更高的要求。

사법감정시복무우사법재판적과기실증활동，시사법활동적중요조성부분；사법감정의견작위법정증거지일，대안건적재결구유중요내지결정성영향。여차동시유우아국정면림착이공정효솔위핵심적사법제도개혁，고필장대사법감정공작제출경고적요구。
The judicial identification is serving for judicial adjudication and technology demonstration activities,and it is an important part of the judicial activity.Judicial appraisal opinion as an legal evidence of the case, the ruling has important and even decisive effect. At the same time, as our country is faced with justice and efficiency as the core of the reform of the judicial system, it is bound to put forward higher requirements of judicial identification.
