The contemporary college students were in an important period of social transition, the baptism of the different social ideological trend and infection, collision and fusion of Chinese and western culture, combined with the family environment, individual differences in physical and mental development, contemporary university students＇ present values of employment became diversified. They were the backbone to realize China Dream, their employment values influence and even determine the size of its future development and their contributions to society. Under the new situation, how to comb the contemporary university students＇ employment value paradox and corresponding correction, was an important realistic subject.
