制定研究文献的纳入标准、排除标准和检索策略,全面收集有关体育锻炼干预我国普通大学生抑郁症状的对照试验,汇总数据进行分析.(1)最终纳入11篇研究方面17组对照试验,纳入研究文献Jadad评分均为0-2分的低质量文献.(2)Meta分析结果显示:体育锻炼可以明显改善我国普通大学生轻度中度抑郁症状.发表偏倚分析:轻度抑郁症t=-1.49p=0.162>0.05,表明Meta分析结果比较稳定,可信度较高;中度抑郁症t=0.18,p=0.028 <0.05,表明Meta分析结果比较不稳定,可信度不高.体育锻炼干预可有效地改善我国普通大学生轻度及中度抑郁症状,但对于体育锻炼能否完全治愈及能否反弹尚需进一步研究.由于纳入研究文献质量较低,尚需大样本、高质量随机对照试验加以证实.

Objective: the purpose of the paper is to investigate the effects of exercise intervention on depressive symptoms of college students in China by Meta analysis. Method: the method adopted is to formulate the inclusion crite- ria, exclusion criteria and the search strategy of research literatures and to collect all the relevant check experiments of physical exercise intervention on depressive symptoms of college students in China. The collected data are analyzed using Statal2.0. Results : ( 1 ) 11 studies of 17 controlled group trials are ultimately included with the Jadad score of the in- eluded low- quality literature being 0 -2 averagely. (2) Meta regression analysis indicates that physical exercise can significantly improve the mild depressive symptoms in Chinese college students, SMD ( - 1.47, p = 0. 000 〈 0. 05 ), 95% CI ( -1.93, -1.02) ; Physical exercise can improve the students'moderate depression symptoms, SMD ( -0. 55, p =0. 001 〈 0. 05), 95%CI ( -0. 86, -0. 23). Publication bias analysis: mild depression t = - 1.49 p =0. 162 〉 0. 05, showing that the Meta analysis results are stable with high credibility; moderate depression t = 0. 18, p = 0. 028 〈 0. 05, showing that the Meta analysis result is not stable with low credibility. Conclusion: physical exercise interven- tion can effectively improve the mild and moderate symptoms of depression of college students, but it needs further stud- ies as to whether physical exercise can completely cure depression. This research still needs to be confirmed through large samples and high quality randomized controlled trials because the research literatures included in this system are of low quality.
