成都是“全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区”，在复杂的自然、社会环境中形成了独特的农村聚集形态，其新型农村聚居点选址对于城乡统筹建设活动的成败至关重要。基于对新型农村聚居点的居民调研和专家咨询，运用层次分析法、系统聚类分析法等数理统计方法建构的农村聚居点选址评价指标体系包含了6类一级指标和15类二级指标。系统聚类分析判定的指标权重、分类及其重要程度可以作为今后成都新型农村聚居点建设决策的参考。

As a nationally planned urban-rural comprehensive reform pilot area, Chengdu Plain has its unique traditional pattern of rural settlements that have developed out of the complex natural and social backgrounds. The selection of right sites for new rural settlements is critical to the success of urban and rural integration. Based on interviews with local farmers and experts, a rural settlements site selection assessment system is constructed, consisting of 15 second-layer indicators under 6 benchmark indicators. The hierarchic analysis is used to determine indicator weight, and the hierarchical cluster analysis explores the importance of every indicator. The research result can be applied to the planning and decision-making in urban and rural integration.
