目的:探讨立姿振动引起男青年运动员血管活性物质浓度的变化.方法:将运动员随机平分为2个实验组和1个对照组,均站在振动台上深蹲训练,实验组受到同振幅和频率、不同加速度的振动,上、下午的相同时间段各1次,10分钟/次,但对照组不受振动,12周后测定6种血管活性物质浓度.结果:实验组2的血管活性物质浓度与对照组的差异有显著性(P<0.05),其他组间的差异均不显著;实验组2与振动病患者血管活性物质浓度的变化趋势是一致的.结论:现在常用参数的立姿振动使男青年运动员血管活性物质向引起血管损伤的趋势变化.

Objective: To study the effects of standing vibration on the concentration of vascular active substances in young male athlete. Methods:Volunteers were. divided randomly into 2 experimental groups and 1 control group. Squat training was carried out while they were standing on the vibration tables, tire experimental groups are carried on with different acceleration amplitude and frequency of vibration, 5 to 10 minutes per time, one time every morning and one time every afternoon on the same time, but control group is not be vibrated, the concentration of 6 vascular active substances was measured and analyzed after 12 weeks. Re.~uh:The concentration difference of vascular active substances of experimental group 2 and control group was statistically significant (P 〈0.05), the differences between the other groups are not significant; the concentration changing trends of vascular active substances of experimental group 2 and vibration patients is consistent. Conclusion:Standing vibration of present commonly used parameters make vascular active substances in young male athletes a trend change that causes vascular injury.
