我国高校体育旅游专业人才的培养处于起步摸索阶段,存在诸多问题和不足.基于“大学-产业-政府”的三螺旋理论,分析高校、政府、企业在人才培养中的角色定位、运作效度不足与体育旅游专业人才培养问题产生的关联,提出相应的对策和建议,以期为高校培养高素质的体育旅游专业人才提供参考.

Cultivation of sports tourism talents in higher education started later and is still in the exploration stage, so there are lots of problems and shortages. Based on the triple helix theory, this article analyses the relationship among the deficiency in roles, management effectiveness of college - industry - government and problems of cultivating talented persons of sports tourism, and puts forward some relative countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide some reference for cuhivating high - quality sports tourism talents in institutes of higher education.
