New Rural Social Pension Insurance; the Willingness to Participate; Influencing factors
基于微观调查数据,利用有序Probit模型对农民新农保参保意愿的影响因素进行了估计.研究结果发现：年龄、学历、家庭总抚养比、认为新农保是否划算以及对新农保试点的态度对农民新农保参保意愿具有显著正向影响,土地面积对农民新农保参保意愿具有显著负向影响.将农民群体的年龄和身份类别进一步分组估计,发现不同年龄组和身份类别的农民群体参保影响因素存在着一定差异.在对估计结果进行解释的基础上,提出提高农民参保意愿的政策建议.

Based on the micro survey data, we estimated the influencing factor of the willingness to participate in New Rural Social Pension Insurance by Ordered Probit Model. The results showed that the age, education level, household dependency ratio, cost-effective and the attitude had significant positive impact, while the land area had significant negative impact. The estimate results by age group and identity category showed that there was some difference of influencing factor in different group and category. After explaining the results, we proposed some policy suggestion to further motivate rural residents to participate in New Rural Social Pension Insurance.
