自2002年以来，我国对外直接投资进入快速增长期。那么，企业进行海外直接投资能否加快我国新兴产业发展，实现对外贸易产业结构升级呢？由此，本文利用2003—2011年中国对40个国家直接投资与出口贸易的面板数据，通过引力模型对海外直接投资与出口商品结构的关系进行实证研究。检验结果表明，OFDI显著地促进了我国零部件、机械设备等中间产品的出口增长，无论是对发达国家还是发展中国家，这种出口带动作用都比较明显；同时，OFDI对我国整体出口贸易发展，具有明显的出口创造效应。在当前国际贸易摩擦日益增多的趋势下，顺－逆梯度OFDI并存，不仅有利于我国逐步调节国际收支平衡，促进投资一贸易协调发展；也有利于国内新兴产业培育，提高我国中间产品出口比重。OFDI已成为我国对外贸易结构转型升级的重要加速器。

Since 2002, China＇s outward foreign direct investment has entered the phase of rapid growth. Whether outward foreign direct investment made by corporations can accelerate the development of new industries and then upgrade the industrial structure of foreign trade remains to be answered. Thus, this paper does an empirical research on the relationship between direct investment attrac- tion and export commodity structure by applying Gravity Model based on export trade panel data of China＇ s direct investment with 40 countries during 2003-2011. The results show that outward foreign direct investment significantly promotes the export in machinery and equipment, spare parts and other intermedi- ate products, both for developed and developing countries; as a whole, outward foreign direct investment plays a positive role in promoting China＇s export trade structure. In the current background of increasing international trade frictions, the coexistence of OFDIs of cis and inverse gradient can improve the proportion of exports of intermediate goods. OFDI has become an important accelerator in trans- forming and upgrading China＇s foreign trade structure.
