研究中小学生课业负担,不仅要关注课业的多寡,更要关注每位学生对课业的难度感知以及完成课业后的身心劳累程度。基于全国10省20市(县)中小学生的调查研究表明,学生的课业负担存在明显的学段、城乡和学习水平的差异,并表现出一定的趋向。教育行政部门、学校、家庭应协同努力,有效减轻和控制中小学生过重的课业负担。

To study the students' academic workload problems, we should not only pay attention to the amount of academic issues, but also focus on the perception of the difficulty and physical and mental fatigue degree after, each student finishing homework. Based on the survey of students from 20 cities/ counties in 10 provinces, the study shows that the students' academic burden has significant differences in the grades, urban and rural areas and different-level performances, in which some certain tendencies also appear. The administrative department of education, schools and families need to work together to reduce and control the over-heavy burden on students.
