本科院校旅游管理专业毕业生是旅游景区迫切需求的中高端人才,但大量旅游管理本科毕业生却有业不就。安徽师范大学作为全国旅游管理本科专业创办较早的高校之一,其2009级、2010级旅游管理本科生景区就业意愿率仅为9.52%,且区域、类型、级别和所有制上分别倾向于华东地区、旅游度假区、5A级景区、国有企业。主要受行业忠诚度、传统景区管理体制、景区人才需求特点等宏观因素和课程设置、实习基地和学生个人观念等微观因素影响。学校、学生和景区三个层面均有必要提高学生景区就业意识,实现旅游管理专业人才培养与市场需求的平衡。

Visitor attractions are a core element of tourism industry in China.They are in urgent need of tourism management professionals,but a large number of tourism management graduates are reluctant to engage in this industry.Anhui Normal University have set up tourism management major for twenty years,Taking 09,10tourism management graduates as research objects,the rate of employment intention in scenic spots is only 9.52%.Also,They hope that the spots is holiday resort,5Aand state-owned enterprises in East China area.The influencing factors include many macro factors(industry loyalty,traditional management system of scenic spots,spot demand characteristic of talents,et al.),and micro factors(professional courses,practice base,students’ individual concepts,et al.).Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance students’ employment intention on the part of schools,scenic spots as well as students.The target is to deepen the school curriculum system reform,broaden the employment channels,improve the scenic spots professional management level,and realize the balance of professionals training and market demand on tourism management.
