新生代农民工已经成为农民工的主体,其市民化问题是当前我国城镇化建设和县域经济发展的重要课题。返乡创业与新生代农民工市民化在空间、时间、速度上实现了三维协调,同时,返乡创业还与新生代农民工市民化对职业身份转变、提高自身素质,改变传统不科学生活方式和行为方式的需求相契合,对市民化建设起到了推进作用。
新生代農民工已經成為農民工的主體,其市民化問題是噹前我國城鎮化建設和縣域經濟髮展的重要課題。返鄉創業與新生代農民工市民化在空間、時間、速度上實現瞭三維協調,同時,返鄉創業還與新生代農民工市民化對職業身份轉變、提高自身素質,改變傳統不科學生活方式和行為方式的需求相契閤,對市民化建設起到瞭推進作用。

New generation peasant workers have become the main body of rural migrant workers,their citizenization plays an important role in the process of urbanization and county economic development. Returned entrepreneurial activities and the new generation peasant workers＇ citizenization get good harmonization among space dimension, time structure and develop speed, the former meets the requirements for shifting professional identity, improving the quality and changing the way of life of citizenization. Therefore, the returned entrepreneurial activities have some effect on promote the new generation peasant workers＇ citizenization.
