产业安全已经成为了一国经济安全的基础，也是国家对外贸易政策、实施调控的落脚点。伴随着我国服务贸易产业开放力度的提升，其产业安全与管理问题日益凸显。在服务贸易开放的同时，技术安全、产业安全和经济安全问题逐步暴露出来，为此，我国服务贸易产业需要加强安全管理，拓展发展空间。

Industrial security has already become the basic of economic security for the country, and it has been the standpoints of national foreign trade policies and implementation controls. The industry of service trade is opening up in our country, but with the advancement of opening intensity, its industrial securities and administration problems are becoming increasingly outstanding. Meanwhile some security issues are gradually exposed such as technology security, industrial security and economic security. Therefore, we need to strengthen the security administration in the industry of service trade in order to expand its development space.
