随着社会的快速发展，高校学生人数的急速增加，高校中出现了各种类型的问题学生。这些问题学生组成了高校的特殊学生群体，他们的管理和教育已成为高校学生管理和心理健康教育的重点工作，受到各高校的重视。但是针对医学院校的特殊学生群体的研究很少，本文针对医学院的特点研究医学院校的特殊学生群体现状，并初步提出其管理的重点。

With the rapid development of the society and a sharp growth of college students on campus,there emerges all kinds of “problem students”.They have formed a special student group in universities,and managing and educating them has become the key part of college students management and the work of psychological health education to which colleges and universities attach great importance.However,there have been rather few studies made on special students in medical schools.This essay is a survey on current situation of special students in medi-cal schools with features of these schools being concerned.Key points in managing these students are also sugges-ted in this essay.
