目的:编制农村教师未来时间洞察力问卷。方法该研究以187名农村教师为被试,通过项目分析和探索性因素分析,最终确定包含21个项目的问卷。结果:问卷包括远目标探知、未来效能、行为承诺、未来意象、目标完成5个因子,它们可解释总变异量的59.718%;总问卷的内部一致性信度、重测信度和分半信度分别为0.772、0.784和0.638;问卷中各因素之间具有较显著的相关(r=-0.289-0.699,P<0.05)。各因素与总分具有很高的相(r=0.251-0.765,P<0.05)。结论:编制了农村教师未来时间洞察力问卷,包含5个因子,问卷具有较好信度效度,适合作为农村教师未来时间洞察力的测量工具。

Objective To develop rural teachers’future time perspective questionnaire.Methods 187 rural teachers were chosen and using item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,21 items are included in the question-naire.Results:Five factors including target detection,future efficiency,behavior commitment,future image and target fulfillment account for 59.718% of the variance;Homogeneity reliability,test-retest reliability and split-half reliability were 0.772,0.784and 0.638 for the questionnaire;The correlations between five factors are significant in the questionnaire (r=-0.289 - 0.699,P<0.05),and the correlations between all factors and total question-naire score are significant (r=0.251 -0.765,P<0.05).Conclusion Developed the questionnaire of rural teach-ers’future time perspective including 5 factors,and the construct validity and content validity of the questionnaire are perfect.The questionnaire could be used in measuring rural teachers’future time perspective.
