当前,在我国大学教学文化建设中,存在着教学合作精神弱化、教书与育人脱节、教学控制性倾向突出、大学生课堂纪律意识淡薄、大学生课堂参与学习不足等问题,影响着人才培养质量和教师的专业成长,影响着学校的教学质量和社会声誉,使师生同时遭遇着生存的困境.大学需要从教学团队的培育、教书育人责任心的强化、学生批判精神的培养、课堂教学规范的重构、教学环节的重设等维度着手,加强大学教学文化建设,以帮助师生超越生存的困境.

At present, in the construction of university teaching culture in our country, there still exist some problems, such as the weakening of teaching cooperation spirit, the disjunction between imparting knowledge and educating people, the protruding tendency of teaching control , the poor consciousness of classroom discipline of students, the shortage of students＇ participation in study and so on, all of which are influencing the talent training quality and teachers＇ professional development, even the teaching quality and social reputation of the university. Teachers and students are suffering from severe survival dilemma. We should put emphasis on various aspects, for the sake of strengthening the construction of university teaching culture, including the cultivation of teaching team, the strengthening of the sense of responsibility for imparting knowledge and educating people, the cultivation of students＇ critical spirit, the reconstruction of the standard of classroom teaching and redesigning of teaching process and so on, in order to help teachers and students surpass survival dilemma.
