“实验室经济”有效地搭建了企业科技创新成果产业化平台，极大地促进了企业自主创新，提高了企业核心竞争力，并越来越多地被国内外大型企业采用。分析了当前我国企业发展“实验室经济”的现状及条件，在此基础上，从加大政策支持力度、创新科技体制机制、加快高端产业功能区建设、营造良好知识产权法制环境、加快科技创新人才培养等多方面，提出了优化路径。
“實驗室經濟”有效地搭建瞭企業科技創新成果產業化平檯，極大地促進瞭企業自主創新，提高瞭企業覈心競爭力，併越來越多地被國內外大型企業採用。分析瞭噹前我國企業髮展“實驗室經濟”的現狀及條件，在此基礎上，從加大政策支持力度、創新科技體製機製、加快高耑產業功能區建設、營造良好知識產權法製環境、加快科技創新人纔培養等多方麵，提齣瞭優化路徑。

Laboratory economy effectively sets up platforms for enterprises from the scientific and technological innovation to industrialization ,greatly promotes enterprises innovation ,improves enterprises core competitiveness and is increasingly used by large enterprises at home and abroad .This paper analyses the current situation and development terms of enterpri-ses laboratory economy in China ,and on that basis proposes path optimization in many w ays such as increasing policy sup-port ,innovating scientific and technological system and mechanism ,accelerating high-end industrial function zone develop-ment ,creating better legal environments of intellectual property and speeding up personnel training of scientific and tech-nological innovation .All is aimed to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises laboratory economy practice .
