抗战时期，中共对根据地妇女权益的保障取得了卓著的成绩，在妇女解放问题上实现了“改造旧世界，创造新世界”的宏伟蓝图。与此同时，中共的妇女解放政策在贯彻的过程中也不同程度地遭遇到乡村传统的抵制。抗日根据地解放妇女的实践并不是简单地依据农村的客观结构，而是以中共的主观建构为基础，以妇女干部和妇女组织为桥梁和纽带，将解放妇女的官方意识形态转化为边区乡民的行动话语。由于解放妇女的政策本身在很多方面始终与乡村传统相交错，由此而产生了法理和情理的冲突，又进一步影响了政策的实际效果，这就不可避免地产生了表达和实践之间的偏离，即表达性现实和客观性现实之间的偏差。

In the Anti-Japanese period, the central government has made great achievements to gurantee women＇s fights in the revolutionary area and has realized the grand blueprint of ＂innovating the old world and crea- ting the new world＂ in the area of women＇s liberation. At the same time, the central government＇s policies of women ＇s liberation have encountered some resistance from rural traditions to some extent. The practice of liberating women in the anti-Japanese areas is not simply based on the objective structure of the countryside, but rather it is based on the subjective structure of the central government, is linked by women cadres and women organizations and has transformed the official ideology into the villigers＇ action discourse. As there are many contradictions between the policies and rural tradition, conflicts between law and emotion have ineveritably emerged, which in turn affected the practical effect of the policies and has led to the deviation between expression and practice, namely the devia- tion between expressive reality and objective reality.
