人口老龄化是社会发展进步的结果和标志，也是人类历史发展的必然规律。国内众多大中城市早已进入老龄化社会，并将在很长一段时期内保持人口老龄化状态。文章以重庆市为例，通过实证调研重庆市人口老龄化的现状，分析原因并提出对策，从远景规划到近期目标提出适应重庆市经济社会发展需要的应对措施。
人口老齡化是社會髮展進步的結果和標誌，也是人類歷史髮展的必然規律。國內衆多大中城市早已進入老齡化社會，併將在很長一段時期內保持人口老齡化狀態。文章以重慶市為例，通過實證調研重慶市人口老齡化的現狀，分析原因併提齣對策，從遠景規劃到近期目標提齣適應重慶市經濟社會髮展需要的應對措施。

Population ageing is the result of the progress of social development and the inexorable law of devel- opment of human history. Chongqing has entered the aging society, and for a long period of time keeps the ageing of the population state. By empirical research of current situation of the ageing of the population in Chongqing, this article analyzes the reasons, puts forward countermeasures to meet the needs of economic and social development in Chongqing from vision to recent goals.
