基于ISO 2846国际印刷标准,通过实验的方法,对国内胶印四色印刷油墨进行颜色评价,建立色差曲线及光谱反射曲线,为国产胶印油墨的色彩管理及标准化建立提供基础数据。实验结果表明:国产3种代表油墨与ISO参考油墨相比,全部Y墨和K墨及天津东洋NEW TGS系列和杭华EXCEL系列的M墨均达到ISO的标准,全部C墨与ISO参考油墨的色差值超过标准要求,但C墨在蓝光波长范围比ISO参考油墨的光谱反射率高,比ISO参考油墨偏蓝,更接近理想C色的色度值,油墨饱和度更好。在制定中国油墨颜色标准时,建议根据实验数据,调整青色油墨的色度值,使其达到完美的标准化油墨。

This topic is to evaluate four colors of the domestic offset printing inks based on the ISO 2846 international standard for printing by the method of experiment, in order to set the color difference curve and spectral reflection curve, which will provide basic data on the color management and standardization for the late domestic offset printing ink. Experimental results show that compared with ISO reference ink, Yellow and Black of the three domestic representative inks have reached the standard of ISO, as the same to Magenta of Tianjin Tokyo NEW TGS and HangHua EXcellseries, however the spectral emissivity of Cyan of all inks is higher than that of ISO reference ink in blue light wavelength range, which make the Cyan inks slant blue, closer to the ideal values of Cyan color chromaticity, and better to the ink saturation. So according to the experimental data, the standardization of printing ink will be established more perfect by adjusting the chroma value of the cyan ink in formulating China ink color standard.
