食品用软包装材料的溶剂残留是影响食品安全的重要因素之一，产生溶剂残留的原因既来源于溶剂型油墨、胶黏剂等，也与生产工艺有关。简述了国内外软包装材料溶剂残留的种类以及限量标准，并从油墨、复合工艺等方面分析溶剂残留超标的原因，最后结合现状得出：推广环保材料、环保复合工艺、开发新材料等才是降低溶剂残留的根本方法。

Residual solvent in flexible packaging materials is one of the important factors that affect food safety. Residual solvent is derived from such as solvent ink and adhesive. It is also related to the production process. This paper introduces the kinds of residual solvent and its limit standard of flexible packaging materials in China and overseas, and analyzes the reasons ofresidual solvent from the aspects such as ink, composite process. Finally it shows that using green materials, promoting environmental technology and developing new materials are the fundamental way to reduce residual solvent.
