为了打破传统折叠纸盒直上直下的设计风格，增大包装折叠纸盒内部的容装空间，并拓宽主展示面，对管式折叠纸盒与异型包装折叠纸盒的结构增加了局部成型线设计。采用ESKO设备进行打样。通过改变局部成型线在盒型上所处的位置、长度、倾斜角、弯曲度等要素来改变商品包装的主展示面，增加立体效果，使得折叠纸盒的盒体上下部对比强烈，整体效果张弛有度。对于异型折叠纸盒，在不影响其美观、保护、密封的前提下，引入局部成型线使设计变得更加灵动、异型过渡自然、更具流线感。通过局部成型线，完成纸盒两端异型的转换，实现折叠纸盒盒型多样、美观的设计。
