测量不同振动条件下的点接触摩擦力,对于研究振动与摩擦力之间的定量关系具有重要意义。为了更精确地测量振动对点接触摩擦力的影响,研发了一套测量振动条件下点接触摩擦力的装置,可以改变频率、振幅和加速度等振动参数,测量在该振动参数下接触点摩擦力的大小,还能够测量振动条件下接触点处的压力变化,为研究振动与摩擦的关系提供实验数据。
測量不同振動條件下的點接觸摩抆力,對于研究振動與摩抆力之間的定量關繫具有重要意義。為瞭更精確地測量振動對點接觸摩抆力的影響,研髮瞭一套測量振動條件下點接觸摩抆力的裝置,可以改變頻率、振幅和加速度等振動參數,測量在該振動參數下接觸點摩抆力的大小,還能夠測量振動條件下接觸點處的壓力變化,為研究振動與摩抆的關繫提供實驗數據。

It is significant for the study on the quantitative relation between vibration and friction to measure the point contact friction under the different vibration conditions. For the vibration effect on friction is measured more accurately, a set of device, which can measure the point friction in the vibration condition, is developed. The vibration parameters including frequency,amplitude and acceleration can be changed through the device. The measurement of point contact friction can be completed. The change of pressure at contact point can also be measured by the device. The device offers the experimental data for the research on the relationship between vibration and friction.
