城镇居民收入差距是当前中国广为关注的社会热点问题。收入差距与收入来源、政府调节手段都密切相关。社会保障收入既是城镇居民收入的来源之一,又是居民收入差距的重要调节手段。鉴于此,本文以江苏省为例,从社会保障对收入差距的实际调节效果、人均社会保障收入占可支配收入比重以及社会保障收入在各收入户间的增速变化等三个方面进行分析,结果发现社会保障反而扩大了城镇居民收入差距。对此,文章进行简要的原因分析,并提出进一步的改进建议。
城鎮居民收入差距是噹前中國廣為關註的社會熱點問題。收入差距與收入來源、政府調節手段都密切相關。社會保障收入既是城鎮居民收入的來源之一,又是居民收入差距的重要調節手段。鑒于此,本文以江囌省為例,從社會保障對收入差距的實際調節效果、人均社會保障收入佔可支配收入比重以及社會保障收入在各收入戶間的增速變化等三箇方麵進行分析,結果髮現社會保障反而擴大瞭城鎮居民收入差距。對此,文章進行簡要的原因分析,併提齣進一步的改進建議。

Income gap of urban residents is a widely concerned social problem, which is closely related to the sources of income and means of government regulation. Social security is not only one resource of urban residents＇ income, but also an important tool to regulate the income gap. For that reason, taking Jiangsu province as an example, the article makes the conclusion that the social security has widen the income gap between urban residents. This conclusion is based on the practical effect the social security acting on income gap, the analysis of the proportion of per capita social security income accounting for the disposable income and the growth rates between different income households. Then the article probes the reason of this phenomenon and gives relevant recommendations.
