城市物流产业集群的集聚机理有两个方面的内容,一方面是物流服务的经济性,包括范围经济、规模经济、密度经济和频率经济;另一方面是物流服务的柔性,包括物流服务的预知能力、调整能力和应变能力.基于物流园区的公共服务功能.应将城市物流园区的建设纳入到城市规划体系,一个城市只建一个物流产业集群,并构建全国性公共物流信息平台.
城市物流產業集群的集聚機理有兩箇方麵的內容,一方麵是物流服務的經濟性,包括範圍經濟、規模經濟、密度經濟和頻率經濟;另一方麵是物流服務的柔性,包括物流服務的預知能力、調整能力和應變能力.基于物流園區的公共服務功能.應將城市物流園區的建設納入到城市規劃體繫,一箇城市隻建一箇物流產業集群,併構建全國性公共物流信息平檯.

The concept of ＂city logistics cluster＂ is defined based on the logistics industry chain. The paper shows that one of the reasons of city logistics agglomeration is the economies of logistics services, such as economies of scope, economies of scale, economies of density and economies of frequency; the other one is logistics services flexibility, such as the ability to predict, the capabilities to adjust and the ability to response. Based on the public service function of logistic park, the author put forward that, first, a city should have only one logistics cluster; second, Logistics Park planning should be one part of city planning; and third, it is necessary to build a national public logistics information platform.
