中共十八届三中全会深刻剖析了我国改革发展稳定面临的重大理论和实践问题，阐明了全面深化改革的重大意义和未来方向，是在新的历史起点上全面深化改革的科学指南和行动纲领。作为中国特色社会主义参政党，我们必须深刻领会中共十八届三中全会的精神实质和丰富内涵，增强推动和参与改革的思想自觉和行动自觉；必须从全面深化改革的总目标上深刻认识参政党肩负的责任和使命，把服务改革作为履职的首要任务；必须以改革创新的精神加强自身建设，努力把中国特色社会主义参政党建设提高到一个新的水平。

In the 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee, the major theoretical and practical issues facing the stable development of reforms were profoundly analyzed, and the great importance and future trend of deepening the reform comprehensively were expounded, which will be the scientific guidelines and action principles for comprehen- sively deepening the reform in the new historical starting point. Being the participating parties with Chinese characteris- tics, we must fully understand the spirit and connotation of the 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee, and strengthen the consciousness and actions to advance and participate in the reform; deeply understand the partici- pating parties＇responsibility and mission in achieving the general objective of comprehensively deepening the reform; and strengthen self - construction with reform and innovation in mind, and endeavor to bring the construction of social- ist participating parties with Chinese characteristics to a new level.
