构建了基于山村社区旅游增权视角下山村森林旅游可持续发展的理论模型，认为山村社区旅游增权是实现山村森林旅游持续发展的必然选择，也是实现山村和谐发展的重要途径。阐述了山村社区森林旅游增权的3个特性：对象的独特性、取向的权责性、维度的六维性。分析了山村森林旅游目的地利益相关者构成，以及山村森林旅游发展过程中各利益关系主体不平衡的权力关系状态，指出山村社区旅游增权的必要性。提出了山村社区居民参与森林旅游发展增权的3条路径，即信息路径、教育路径、制度路径。

This paper constructs of a theoretical model of sustainable development of forest tourism country in the view of rural community tourism empowerment, mainly including four aspects. Firstly, this paper views rural community tourism empowerment which is an inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism, is an important way to realize the harmonious development of rural areas. Secondly, this paper expounds the three characteristics of the rural community forest tourism empowerment, which are uniqueness of object, responsibility of orientation, six dimensions of dimension. Thirdly, it analyses the structure of rural tourism destination stakeholders, and deeply dissects the unbalanced power relations in the main body during development of rural tourism with pointing out the necessity of rural community tourism empowerment. Last but not least, this paper proposes the three paths for rural community residents to participate in forest tourism empowerment, namely information path, education path, and system path.
