作为国家统筹城乡教育综合改革试验区,成渝试验区正在深入推进城乡教育统筹,对农村教师专业发展给予了极大关注。通过问卷调查和实地访谈,本文揭示了成渝试验区农村教师在专业伦理、专业知识、专业能力等方面的突出问题,同时进行了深入的归因分析,进而在此基础上,立足城乡教育统筹视角,提出了相应的政策建议。

As the urban-rural overall education comprehensive reformation experimental area, Chengdu- Chongqing experimental area is now propelling the urban-rural overall education, focusing more on the professional development of teachers in rural areas. With questionnaires and interviews, this article will uncover the main problems in professional ethics, knowledge and ability in Chengdu-Chongqing experimental area, and after the attribution analysis, propose the policy suggestions accordingly with the basis of urban-rural overall education reformation.
