In the civil reading era, it is library bounden duty to construct campus reading culture and it is a tendency to expand the readers＂ service, and studying and exploring the construction of campus reading culture has become an important issue. Taking the library of Hunan Normal University for example, this paper discusses academic libraryg duty in constructing campus culture and offers some feasible methods.
