从乘客视角对公交服务质量进行评价,已引起众多研究者和相关管理者的重视,而在环保新时代,还必须增加相对应的绿色环保指标。以主客观联合赋权为基础建立模糊综合评价模型,并对平顶山市公交乘客进行问卷调查,发现:在乘客看来,影响绿色公交服务质量的多种因素中,最重要的是安全、方便、总体服务质量,环保的重要程度超过了舒适与经济。平顶山市绿色公交服务质量的模糊综合评价结果是中等偏上:在准则层和指标层中,准时、总体质量、经济、直达性、行车安全、卫生整洁的评级最高,均达到中等偏上或良好;而快捷、环保、减缓拥挤、公共安全、住所到站点距离得到较低评级。

In order to evaluate public transport's service quality in environmental protection times, the evaluation index system of green public transport's service quality was constructed from passengers view, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was put forward based on the weighting of combining subject and object, and the empirical research was conducted through questionnaire survey on the passengers of public transport of Pingdingshan City. The conclusions show that from the passengers' view a variety of factors influence green public transport's service quality and safety, among which convenience and overall quality are most important. However, environmental protection is more important than comfort and economy. Result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on Pingdingshan City green public transport's service quality is in the upper middle. In the criterions and indexes, punctuality, overall quality, economy,direct arrival, driving safety and cleanness belong to the top rating reaching the level of upper middle or good. But efficiency, environmental protection, reducing congestion, public safety and station-housing distance have the lower rating. Results of the questionnaire survey have good reliability and validity.
