本文从物联网商业模式的角度研究了企业如何从物联网的应用中获取价值.具体来说,通过一个建筑企业的探索性案例探讨了用户企业物联网商业模式的维度结构.研究发现：物联网具有两个方面的商业价值——效率与新颖;物联网具有两个方面的技术能力——感知与智能;用户企业物联网商业模式包括四个维度,分别为基于感知的效率、基于感知的新颖、基于智能的效率与基于智能的新颖.
本文從物聯網商業模式的角度研究瞭企業如何從物聯網的應用中穫取價值.具體來說,通過一箇建築企業的探索性案例探討瞭用戶企業物聯網商業模式的維度結構.研究髮現：物聯網具有兩箇方麵的商業價值——效率與新穎;物聯網具有兩箇方麵的技術能力——感知與智能;用戶企業物聯網商業模式包括四箇維度,分彆為基于感知的效率、基于感知的新穎、基于智能的效率與基于智能的新穎.

How to capture value from internet of things （IOT） has been the focus of substantial attention from both academics and practitioners. This paper tries to address this issue from the perspective of business model of IOT. Specifically, with an exploratory case study of construction enterprises, this paper explores the construct of business model of lOT in enterprise user. The results show that the business value of IOT includes efficiency and novelty; the technological capability of lOT consists of sensing and intelligence ; the busi- ness model of lOT is a multidimensional construct composed of the efficiency based on sensing, the novelty based on sensing, the effi- ciency based on intelligence, and the novelty based on intelligence.
