地域区隔及行政科层因网络变得模糊且难以确定，加之电子商务派生因素的干扰和利益群体的博弈不断，作为以专业团购网站为依托，采用线上交易和线下消费相结合交易方式的Groupon式团购引发了诸多阻碍电子商务进一步发展的瓶颈问题。法律制度的细化和践行不能一蹴而就。“法律的天平也只能容下有限的正义”。法律缺陷下的正义伸张其实更加令人深省。Groupon式团购首当理清规范化发展的思路，建立团购主体的监管机制，交易过程的控制机制，售后纠纷的解决机制，以专设的监管机构、专业的监管人员和专门的制度规则促成团购市场的理性回归。

Apparently, the legal system can not quickly adopt to the latest developments in e-commerce. It made us think how the justice can be practiced when there is the lack of support from the law. Groupon-style group buying need clarify the idea of future development, establish the main regulatory of the transaction process, control mechanism and sale dispute resolution in order to bring the group market back to the track.
