有效教学评价标准对教师教学和促进教师专业化进程具有很强的指导作用.有效教学内涵与特征确定了有效教学的价值取向,构建民族地区农村有效教学标准,进行有效教学评价实践,必须依据民族地区农村基础教育的现状,特别是民族地区农村的教师和学生素质、教学条件、课程资源等因素,而民族文化传承是民族地区基础教育有效教学评价不可或缺的内容.只有这样,才能为民族地区农村基础教育开展有效教学实践,提高教师教学能力,改变教学行为,提高教学的有效性提供参照.

Effective Teaching Evaluation Standard has powerful instructive effects on teaching and the process of teacher specialization. The connotation and characteristics of effective teaching decide its value orientation. To construct effective teaching standard in rural areas of ethnic minorities, and carry out effective evaluation practice, it is necessary to take into consideration the status quo, especially the teachers' and students' qualities, teaching condition and curriculum resources. However, the inheritance of ethnic culture is an indispensable part of effective teaching evaluation. Only in this way, can we carry out effective teaching practices, improve teaching abilities and practices, and provide reference for bettering teaching effectiveness.
