基于韩国FDI从“成本导向型”向“市场导向型”的转型，本文选取1992-2011年韩国对华FDI数据与中韩贸易数据，进行探讨和分析，认为要调整合作思路，促进服务业领域的投资和贸易，促成中韩FTA，扩大水平型产业内贸易。
基于韓國FDI從“成本導嚮型”嚮“市場導嚮型”的轉型，本文選取1992-2011年韓國對華FDI數據與中韓貿易數據，進行探討和分析，認為要調整閤作思路，促進服務業領域的投資和貿易，促成中韓FTA，擴大水平型產業內貿易。
기우한국FDI종“성본도향형”향“시장도향형”적전형，본문선취1992-2011년한국대화FDI수거여중한무역수거，진행탐토화분석，인위요조정합작사로，촉진복무업영역적투자화무역，촉성중한FTA，확대수평형산업내무역。
Based on Korean FDI＇ s lransition from the ＂Cosl Oriented＂ toward the ＂ Market Oriented＂ , using the empirieal data from Korea and China in the 1992 -2011 period, after a normative study and a empirieal analysis this paper conclude the implication and the poliey suggestion from the researeh results, in order to afford the referenee and the mirror for the policy authority of both China and Korea.
