从陕西城镇化发展现状及问题出发，本文分析了陕西新型城镇化内涵，认为要以全面转型为主线，以城市群为主体形态，推进产城融合，增强城市精细化管理等理念，从优化城镇化发展空间格局、提升关中城市群战略地位、推进城镇化重点发展区建设等八个方面，探索走城市群和大中小城镇协调发展的具有陕西特色的新型城镇化道路。
從陝西城鎮化髮展現狀及問題齣髮，本文分析瞭陝西新型城鎮化內涵，認為要以全麵轉型為主線，以城市群為主體形態，推進產城融閤，增彊城市精細化管理等理唸，從優化城鎮化髮展空間格跼、提升關中城市群戰略地位、推進城鎮化重點髮展區建設等八箇方麵，探索走城市群和大中小城鎮協調髮展的具有陝西特色的新型城鎮化道路。
종협서성진화발전현상급문제출발，본문분석료협서신형성진화내함，인위요이전면전형위주선，이성시군위주체형태，추진산성융합，증강성시정세화관리등이념，종우화성진화발전공간격국、제승관중성시군전략지위、추진성진화중점발전구건설등팔개방면，탐색주성시군화대중소성진협조발전적구유협서특색적신형성진화도로。
based on the guiding principle of 《 the national new urbanization planning （2014-2020）》 ,this paper starts from the current situation and problems of urbanization development in Shaanxi, which analyzes the connotation of the new urbanization in Shaanxi province, and puts forward a series of ideas to guide the urbanization development in Shaanxi province, such as emphasis on comprehensive transformation as the main line, urban agglomeration as the main body, promoting city integration, strengthening urban refinement management and so on. The paper analyzes eight aspects to explain the new urbanization road for Shaanxi province, such as optimizing the spatial pattern of urbanization development, improving the strategic location of Guanzhong urban agglomerations, strengthening the city of fine management and so on, which is the coordinated development between urban agglomeration and small towns.
