基于GIS空间分析平台,以分形理论为基础,运用分形模型分别对老河口市总体土地、城镇建设用地、耕地及其他土地利用类型进行分维数和稳定性指数测算,进而多角度分析城镇建设用地与耕地的空间稳定性.结果显示：老河口市总体土地利用的空间稳定性较高;城镇建设用地受规划影响,布局集中规范,空间稳定性高;耕地连片分布,空间稳定性高,城镇化进程与耕地保护冲突性较小;其他土地利用类型分维数、稳定性指数差异较大,且对城镇建设用地和耕地的空间稳定性影响较大;城镇建设用地与耕地的空间稳定性相关性大.

With the improvement of urbanization level,the demand for urban construction land area and the possibility of occupying arable land have both increased,necessitating the maintenance of the stability of urban construction land and arable land.Based on GIS spatial analysis and fractal theory and using fractal model,this paper calculates the fractal dimension and stability index of total land,urban construction land,arable land and other land in Laohekou City,and then conducts a multiangle analysis of the spatial stability of urban construction land and arable land.The results show that the spatial stability of the total land use is relatively high,that urban construction land has a higher spatial stability as it is influenced by the land use planning and has a centralized specification layout,and that the spatial stability of arable land is also higher because of contiguous distribution and less conflict between urbanization process and arable land protection.It is also found that a great difference exists between the fractal dimension and the stability indexes of other types of land use,which has an influence on the spatial stability of urban construction land and arable land,and that urban construction land correlates to the spatial stability of arable land.
