通过阐述国土资源科技创新的必要性、原则与目标,从科技创新需求反馈机制,科技创新动力体系和科技创新支撑体系三方面提出构建国土资源科技创新机制.在此基础上,提出了深入开展产学研科技创新模式、创新研究平台的制度、科技成果服务制度、科技创新激励政策、国土资源部系统内科技合作机制、科技政策评估等问题研究,推动国土资源科技创新.

This paper expounds the necessity,principle and target of technological innovation of land and mineral resources and proposes the building of technological innovation mechanism of land and mineral resources from the perspective of feedback mechanism of technical innovation needs,motivation system of technological innovation and supporting system of technological innovation.On this basis,the paper proposes the further studies of the industry-university-institute cooperative technological innovation model,the innovative research platform system,the service system of technological achievements,the technological innovation incentive policies,the cooperation mechanism for departments of the ministry and the technology policy evaluation,for the purpose of promoting technological innovation of land and mineral resources.
