运用文献研究、录像观察、数理统计等研究方法,从技术和战术两个维度对比分析电子护具和普通护具时的两届世界大赛技战术运用情况进行对比研究.结果表明：1）新规则和电子护具的应用减少比赛中裁判的人为因素,增强比赛客观性、公平性,比赛的观赏性增强,对抗更为激烈.2）新规则和电子护具鼓励运用高难度技术和高位技术,但对女子跆拳道运动员战术运用影响不明显.3）竞技跆拳道技战术趋于技击“快、准、狠”,直接对抗激烈化;高难度技术与高位技术进攻多元化;“攻、防、反”技战术一体化方向发展.

Methods used in this paper including documentary research, video watching and mathematic statistics. The study shows that： 1 ） The use of electronic protector reduces human factors and increases objectivity as well as fairness during games. The games become more adversarial and Ornamental. 2 ） The success rate and scoring average of head hit are raised while those of torso hit are decreased. But no distinct difference exists. Electronic protector have no great influence on female Taekwondo athletes in terms of the use of tactics. 3） As for the trend of development for Taekwondo skills and tactics, accura- cy and strength are bound to be greatly improved; superior difficulty skills and high position skills are to be used more to diver- sify attack; direct confrontation in the use of all specified capabilities will be intensified; skills are to be blended with tactics; Attack, defend and counterattack will be fully integrated.
